Firstly may you all excuse my bias in this post….

I recently found out that the team I support Belle Vue Aces are in the semi finals of the knock out cup (KOC) against Lakeside.

The first leg was held at Lakeside where the aces lost at Lakeside to a three point advantage, with Lakeside 48-45 Belle Vue. This is a good thing for the aces when at home because three points are easy to catch up when the second leg will be held at the home of the aces  in Kirkhamshulme Gorton, Manchester.

Whatever team makes it to the final will be facing the force of the Poole Pirates, who have been an amazing force this season of 2011.

The second leg will be held on Wednesday with Belle vue vs Lakeside….
